With a background in journalism, communications, digital marketing, data analytics, and community-based humanitarian work, Paul brings together professional expertise and lived experience to develop practical solutions for people facing barriers to employment and inclusion. Through ISHA, he is committed to creating pathways for marginalized communities to gain relevant digital skills, access online employment, build sustainable livelihoods, and live with dignity, independence, and hope.
Finance Officer
She works closely with community members, partners, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure that ISHA’s initiatives are effectively delivered and responsive to the needs of LGBTQI+ refugees and asylum seekers. Susan is committed to advancing inclusive opportunities, digital skills development, economic empowerment, and sustainable livelihoods, helping ISHA translate its vision into practical programs that create meaningful community impact.
Project Manager
She is committed to ensuring responsible management of resources, transparency, and effective financial systems that enable ISHA to achieve its mission. In her role, Nelly strengthens the organization’s sustainability and supports initiatives that empower LGBTQI+ refugees and asylum seekers through digital skills, remote-work opportunities, and economic empowerment.
Board Member and Trustee
He is the Founder of St. Jude Multipurpose Farm, where he promotes food security, which creates more opportunities for income generation and skills development. As an ISHA Board Member, Jude contributes his experience, commitment, and community-focused leadership to advancing initiatives that promote economic empowerment, resilience, and sustainable livelihoods for marginalized communities.
